Unearthed festival run by Prepare Provide Produce, went off without a hitch. Participants took part in a Apple Tour, Buckwheat , cooking with local chef. Mountfords, fermentation Gary Cass. Visited a Trout Farm had an delicious local sourced produce dinner at Foragers in Pemberton.
