Topic: Sharing of Knowledge of Bush Foods
Bindi Bindi Dreaming is an Aboriginal family owned and operated
business that has been in operation since the year 2000. Local guide,
Marissa Verma will share with you her lifetime experiences about
Noongar culture and bush foods. She will be discussing the wonderful
bush food flavours available, demonstrating and discussing how
we can create and infuse foods with native herbs and spices.
